International delivery is planned around the size, weight, fragility and destination of each work. Transit estimates begin after dispatch and do not include preparation time.

Our primary service regions include the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union and European Economic Area, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines and Cambodia. Available checkout destinations are shown in the country selector. Please contact us before ordering for other destinations or locations requiring special access or handling.What the listed price includes
Listed prices include international delivery to destinations available at checkout, reinforced packing and transit insurance. Import duties, VAT, sales tax and customs charges may be payable on arrival. If your destination is unavailable at checkout, please contact us before ordering.Preparation and delivery estimates
Ready-to-ship works normally require 7–15 business days for inspection, documentation and reinforced packing. The table below gives estimated transit times after dispatch; the available service depends on the work’s size, weight and destination. Made-to-order, personalised and oversized works follow the written preparation and delivery estimate supplied before order acceptance. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. If a material delay occurs, we will contact you and provide the options required by applicable law, which may include accepting a revised date or cancelling for a refund.Tracking, delivery and risk
Tracking or freight updates are provided when available. Please inspect the outer crate or carton on arrival and note visible damage with the carrier. Risk of loss or transit damage remains with BINYEE until delivery when the carrier is arranged by us, subject to applicable law.Estimated transit times after dispatch

Transit damage
If damage is discovered, contact [email protected] as soon as practical. Photographs of the outer packaging, labels, internal packing and item help us make a fast carrier claim. Reporting within 48 hours is strongly recommended but does not remove rights that cannot legally be limited.
