Why we use it
We use personal information to respond to enquiries; take steps at your request before a contract; process, deliver and support orders; comply with accounting, tax, customs and legal obligations; prevent fraud and secure the site; improve site performance; and, where consent or another lawful basis applies, send marketing communications.
Depending on applicable law, the legal bases are performance of a contract, steps requested before a contract, compliance with legal obligations, consent and our legitimate interests in operating a secure and effective business.
Who receives it
Information may be shared only as needed with hosting and security providers, ecommerce and payment providers, email and customer-support services, analytics or consent tools, carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, professional advisers, regulators and authorities. These recipients act under their own legal duties or under contracts requiring appropriate protection.
International transfers
BINYEE is established in Hong Kong and serves customers internationally. Your information may therefore be transferred to Hong Kong and to countries where our service providers, carriers or payment partners operate. Where applicable law requires it, we use an adequacy mechanism, contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer basis.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected and for legal claims. Order, payment and accounting records are generally retained for up to seven years; ordinary enquiries for up to 24 months after the last interaction; account data until closure and any required retention period; and cookie or consent records for the period required to demonstrate preferences and compliance.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time. You may also complain to the data-protection authority where you live or work.
Send requests to [email protected]. We may need to verify identity before acting.
Cookies and security
We use necessary cookies and, with consent where required, preference, analytics or marketing technologies. See our Cookie Policy. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet transmission is completely risk-free.

This store is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate authorisation. We may update this notice when our services or legal obligations change; the effective date above shows the current version.
