Is each displayed price for one statue?
Yes. A listed size and price refer to one statue unless the individual product page clearly states otherwise.
Is international delivery included?
Yes. Listed prices include delivery to destinations available at checkout, reinforced packing and transit insurance. Import duties, VAT, sales tax and customs charges may be separate. If your destination is unavailable at checkout, please contact us before ordering.
Can I request images of the actual piece?
Yes. Ask for current photographs or video, complete dimensions, finish details and the proposed packing method before payment.
How are materials and finishes described?
We use the most specific description supported for the work. Gold leaf, plating, gold-toned finishes, lacquer, painted colour, wirework and luminous-colour finishes are treated as distinct terms.
Do traditional meanings guarantee luck or another result?
No. Iconography and traditional associations are offered as cultural and devotional context, not as promises of wealth, healing, protection, changed fortune or any supernatural outcome.
How should I choose a size?
Measure the intended altar, cabinet or display area and allow space around the work. For large or paired installations, request a packing and placement discussion before ordering.
Can I return a work?
Standard, non-personalised works may be returned under our 14-day policy, subject to condition and packing requirements. Customer-specified or personalised works may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where law permits. See Returns & Refunds.
What if the work arrives damaged?
Contact us promptly with photographs of the outer packaging, internal packing, label and work. We will review the appropriate repair, replacement or refund remedy without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
