Terms & Conditions

LEGAL

Terms & Conditions

These terms govern use of binyee.com and purchases from BINYEE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED.

Effective 4 September 2026

Business identity and contact

The seller is BINYEE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, registered at Room 13, 7/F, House of Corona, 50 Hung To Road, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. Contact: [email protected].

Product appearance and variation

We aim to describe each work accurately. The appearance of a piece may vary slightly with lighting, screen settings and the characteristics of its surface. Please use the product photographs and stated specifications to assess the selected work. If the delivered work differs materially from its description, your rights under our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law remain available.

Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not by itself mean the order has been accepted. We may verify availability, destination, freight feasibility, pricing and payment. A contract is formed when we send written acceptance or dispatch confirmation, depending on the confirmation wording. If we cannot accept an order, any captured payment will be refunded.

Prices, payment and taxes

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Delivery to destinations available at checkout is included in the listed price. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Import duties, VAT, sales tax, brokerage and destination charges are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout explicitly includes them. If your destination is unavailable at checkout, please contact us before ordering.

Delivery

Preparation, dispatch, tracking, transit risk and delay procedures are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Please provide a complete, accessible delivery address and accurate contact information. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery or undisclosed access restriction may be charged where lawful and reasonably incurred.

Returns and cancellations

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these terms. Made-to-order and clearly personalised works may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation where applicable law permits. Rights for damaged, defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed goods are not excluded.

Cultural information

Information about Buddhist iconography and traditional associations is offered as cultural and devotional context. It is not medical, financial or spiritual advice and is not a promise of wealth, healing, protection, changed fortune or any supernatural result.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

Site text, branding, photography, graphics and design are owned by or licensed to BINYEE. They may not be reproduced commercially without written permission. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful material or interfere with security or operation.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BINYEE is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses unrelated to the purchase, or for losses caused by events outside reasonable control. Any limitation is applied only where lawful and proportionate.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections available in the country where they habitually reside. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. A customer may also use any court or dispute process available under mandatory applicable law.

Changes

The terms in force when an order is accepted apply to that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with the customer.
